Data we collect

Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
Enquiry content (lesson interest, preferred dates, markets, experience notes)
Booking and payment records for workshops, clinics, and labs
Technical data such as cookie identifiers described in our Cookies page
Charts you voluntarily send for clinics or workshop preparation

Why we process data

To respond to enquiries and arrange training
To deliver lessons and send related materials
To issue invoices and keep accounting records
To improve the website where analytics cookies are accepted
To meet legal obligations

Lawful bases include contract (to deliver a booking), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run a small training practice), consent (for non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax records).

Retention

Enquiry emails without a booking are kept up to twenty-four months. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years. Charts shared for a clinic are deleted within ninety days after the session unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up. Analytics data follows the cookie lifetimes in the cookies table.

We use email, invoicing, and (where relevant) video-conferencing providers to deliver services. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in certain cases. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner choice. To exercise rights, email hello@dev-toolkit.digital. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
