Educational nature of services

All lessons are educational. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal in securities. You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Past chart examples do not predict future results.

Bookings and payment

Seat reservations are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and receive any required deposit or fee. Prices are stated in pounds sterling. Payment methods are confirmed on invoice. There is no automated checkout on this website.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, annotated chart packs, slide materials, and website content remain the property of Dev Toolkit. You may use materials for personal study. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute training materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false booking information. We may refuse or cancel bookings that conflict with our capacity, experience prerequisites, or educational purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Dev Toolkit is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions made after attending training. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and descriptions accurate. Dates, fees, and seat availability may change; confirmations in writing prevail over general website text.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their UK nation of residence where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new bookings and site visits after the update date.
